The Pest Pirates is a pest control and wildlife management company based in Cadiz, Ohio, serving residential and commercial customers throughout Eastern Ohio. We are a licensed pest control operator operating in accordance with Ohio law.
We provide pest control and wildlife management services as agreed upon at the time of service. The specific scope of work, pricing, and treatment plan will be confirmed before any service is performed.
Services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline a service request if conditions at the property make it unsafe or infeasible to perform the work.
Results from pest control treatments vary based on pest pressure, property conditions, customer cooperation with preparation instructions, and other factors outside our control. While we work hard to resolve every pest issue, we cannot guarantee the complete elimination of all pests in every circumstance.
Our primary service area is Eastern Ohio, including Harrison, Jefferson, Tuscarawas, Stark, and surrounding counties. Please contact us to confirm we serve your specific location before scheduling.
You agree to provide safe access to the areas of your property that require treatment. You are responsible for following any preparation instructions we provide before a service visit. Failure to prepare as instructed may affect treatment results and could require a return visit at additional cost.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Pricing is provided as a quote prior to service. Payment is due at the time of service unless a payment plan has been separately agreed upon in writing.
Prices are subject to change. Any changes to pricing for ongoing service agreements will be communicated to you in advance.
Our wildlife management services comply with Ohio wildlife regulations. All methods used are legal and humane. Certain wildlife management activities are regulated by state law and some options may not be available or may be prohibited under Ohio law. We will advise you on all legal options available for your specific situation.
You are responsible for removing or securing pets and ensuring occupants follow any re-entry instructions we provide following a treatment. Failure to follow these instructions may result in exposure to treatment products and could affect results.
